Terms of sitting at the desk.

These terms govern use of the Cognit Archway website and attendance at studio sessions. The official registered business name is Cognit Archway, established in 2014. The studio address is 34 Cheongju-daero, Seowon-gu, Cheongju-si, Chungcheongbuk-do, 28624. Contact: info@cognitarchway.click and 043-231-6709.

Acceptance

By using this site or confirming a seat in writing, you accept these terms. If you are booking for another adult, you confirm you have their agreement to share the details we need for the seat book. Sessions are for adults.

The service

Cognit Archway provides technical analysis training on breakout, pullback, and reversal setups. Instruction is delivered in person at the studio unless a written note says otherwise. Session descriptions on the Sessions and Rates pages are the scope. A seat is confirmed only when we reply in writing and any required deposit or fee has been received by bank transfer. This website does not take payment.

Student conduct

You keep other students' journals private. You do not record the room without consent from the instructor and the people present. You arrive able to take part in a quiet marking drill. The studio may end a sitting for a person who disrupts the table, and the refund page explains what is returned.

Intellectual property

Site text, clinic sheets, and printed chart packs are owned by Cognit Archway or used with permission for teaching. You may keep your own journal, including corrections written in it. You may not copy the chart pack for resale, post the clinic sheets as your own course, or record the instructor's review for distribution. Your handwritten marks remain yours.

Market decisions

Sessions teach how to mark charts. Any decision to buy, sell, or hold remains with the student. The studio does not manage accounts and does not promise a market result. Past charts used in class are teaching material.

Liability

To the extent permitted by the law of the Republic of Korea, Cognit Archway is liable for direct loss caused by our failure to deliver a confirmed sitting, and the usual remedy is the refund described on the refund page. We are not liable for trading losses, missed market moves, or travel costs, except where Korean law does not allow that limit. Nothing in these terms limits liability for injury caused by our negligence at the studio, or for any matter that cannot legally be limited.

Site use

The pages are provided for information about the studio. You will not misuse the contact form, attempt to disrupt the site, or present our materials as a signal service. We may update copy when a cohort date changes. The version on the site at the time you confirm a seat is the one that applies to that booking, together with the written confirmation.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea. Courts in the Republic of Korea have jurisdiction, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer protection you have in your place of residence.
